Laura Ranneklev brings a refined blend of sophistication, strategy, and seasoned leadership to the Florida real estate market. Originally from New York, she began her career at Ralph Lauren in Jewelry Merchandising, where she developed a sharp eye for detail, quality, and design. With a marketing degree and a passion for elevated client experiences, she transitioned into real estate after relocating to Jacksonville and quickly became a top-producing, multi–million dollar REALTOR®.

Her commitment to excellence led her to serve as Vice President and Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty. A standout achievement during her tenure was launching a new St. Johns County office, where she recruited 24 agents in just eight months and drove the office to over $30 million in production in its first year. Her leadership style—rooted in integrity, mentorship, and high-performance standards—became a hallmark of her success.

Today, Laura is the founder of REMAX Welcome Home Real Estate, a boutique brokerage centered on concierge-level service and lifestyle-focused representation. Known for her discerning eye and deep market knowledge, she guides families through seamless, luxury-driven real estate experiences across St. Johns County.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Laura values her family above all. She and her husband, Nils, have been married for 30+ years and share three children—two launched into adulthood and one thriving in college. Avid NY Mets and NY Giants fans, the Ranneklevs also love traveling and are actively checking destinations off their family bucket list.
